Dedicated to relaxation and well-being, the tipi is a 50m2 room located on the first floor of the University library Sciences and equipped with :
meditation mats and cushions, massage balls, lounge area with two armchairs and a footstool
practical books on relaxation, meditation, positive psychology, etc.
Enabling students to combine academic work, concentration and relaxation within the same building, this project aims to improve the quality of life on campus. The teepee is also intended to be a place for experimenting with somatic practices, the sensitive body and well-being, in line with the teaching delivered on these themes and with certain areas of research at Grenoble Alpes University.

Anyone registered with the University library library who wants to recharge their batteries, refocus and relax, can use the room independently during University library Sciences opening hours. How to use the room
Reserve a seat in the hall via the free app Affluences available on Google play, the AppStore or from our website
Drop off your student or library card at the information desk on the south first floor.

Our partners regularly offer workshops in relaxation, stress management, meditation and positive psychology.

Some of these workshops give rise to a research program conducted by the LIP/PC2S psychology laboratory to assess the contribution of the techniques learned to the health of participants.
