Reserve a workspace

The University library provide special rooms that can be booked on Affluences :

• Research areas at the University library Droit et Lettres These can be used individually or in groups, and include a whiteboard, a collaborative work screen, a lockable wheeled cabinet for depositing documents and, in some cases, a lounge area.

>> Conditions of use: these areas are reserved for UGA doctoral students and teaching researchers. Reservations made more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled in favor of another researcher. Rooms can be booked up to 15 days in advance, for the whole day or less.

• Videoconferencing rooms in the University library Droit et Lettres and Joseph-Fourier: the equipment available in these rooms enables use of RENATER 's RENAvisio service.

>> Conditions of use: videoconferencing rooms can be booked up to 15 days in advance, for a maximum of 3 hours per day at the University library Joseph-Fourier, and for the whole day or less at the University library Droit et Lettres. Reservations made more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled in favor of other users.

The University library are central and emblematic places on campus, and are ready to listen to your event and exhibition projects. We offer you space (exhibition halls, auditorium, conference room), equipment (exhibition stands, video projectors, computers, etc.) and expertise.
