Move for your mental health... at work!

Conference Scientific and technical culture
October 15, 2024Saint-Martin-d'Hères - University campus
An event as part of Mental Health Information Weeks

Every month, the Joseph-Fourier University Library hosts a workshop to disseminate scientific culture: la science infuse.

This first conference of the 2024-2025 season is part of the information weeks on mental health. Clément Ginoux and Sandrine Isoard-Gautheur, researchers at the SENS laboratory, will explore the multiple benefits of physical activity for mental health in the workplace.
They will address the following questions:
Which physical activities are most beneficial?
How can physical activity be integrated into the working day?
How can physical activity improve employees' mental health?

Through this conference, they will attempt to answer all these questions, providing strategies and advice based on recent research.

To mark the Mental Health Information Weeks, the university libraries are mobilizing to offer you several events to help you take care of yourself: musical siestas, comic book workshops, a conference and a conversation workshop!
