Our eating habits—and in particular, our purchasing behaviors—are influenced by numerous factors that have been the subject of many studies. Recently, an original hypothesis was proposed: what if, when you go grocery shopping at the supermarket, it isn’t you who chooses, but your microbiome that decides for you?
Christophe Moinard, a professor of nutrition at the University of Grenoble Alpes, will shed light on the scientific evidence surrounding this question.
