Objectives

This workshop is intended for students and teachers from all disciplines, AI beginner, and who wish to acquire a basic understanding of the subject.

The objectives of this training:

• define what AI is, how it works, and its limitations.
• Identify relevant uses in documentary research, maintaining a critical perspective.
• understand the ethical issues and comply with the regulatory framework for responsible use.

Format

The training is scheduled for one 2-hour duration, and limited to 8 participants per workshop.
It includes both:

• a masterful presentation illustrated with examples.
• times for reflection and sharing ideas.
• a sub-section in the form of a quiz.
• free and spontaneous exchanges to open up discussion.

The training materials will be sent to you after the session.
